HEALTH IN ONE CUP believe me.

I know I know, so much of turmeric talk, so cliched, so easily available, lot of talk around that it has become so boring 😵😴, many of you may already know it, but how many are actually consuming it religiously in a disciplined manner? This is as essential as your daily habits like brushing your teeth. Please do incorporate this as a part of your daily ritual. And if you are reading my posts (for which Im truly thankful, you will see a lot of turmeric happening here 😋. C@Rg

Ingredients : Servings : 2 cups

HALDI kachhi [raw is unadulterated ] -1 inch piece; wash ,peel and grate.

BLACK PEPPERCORNS – 6 ;a must as it pulls out all the benefits of haldi.

GINGER -1 inch piece; wash,peel and grate.

CLOVES – 2. ,

Boil all the above in 3 cups of water ,when it reaches a boil , put the flame on sim ,cover and let it simmer for 10 minutes till only 2 cups water is left.

LEMONS- 2 HONEY -2 tbl.sp.

Add juice of 1 fresh lemon and 1tbl.sp HONEY in each cup and strain the haldi decoction in the cups. C@Rg

Sip it hot , first thing in the morning on an empty stomach , its so yummy believe me , you will never miss your cup of tea if you think of all the health benefits you are getting ,you will look younger and more important you will feel younger ,try it….

HALDI is Anti- bacterial, Anti-inflammatory ,GINGER is anti-inflammatory , improves digestion supports Liver’s optimum functioning , relieves arthritis ,eases cold n flu. BLACK PEPPER high on antioxidant ,regulates blood sugar levels and lowers cholesterol level. CLOVES high on antioxidant, kills bacteria ,improves lever health regulates blood sugar , reduces stomach ulcers . LEMON is an acidic fruit but when consumed, it turns alkaline keeping the body alkaline,prevents kidney stones ,improves skin ,aids digestion.HONEY high on anti-oxidant ,lowers blood pressure , keeps the skin supple .
