FRUIT AND NUT CHOCOLATE

Yum is the only word: This desssert is an all rounder!!

Simplest recipe for many with less time on hands.So delicious and glamorous that it deserves to be in your fridge 12 months year.The beauty of this dish is the simplicity of it, It will literally take you 15minutes to make some delicious chocolates at home. So here you go

Ingredients:

500gm of cooking chocolate ( I took Morde)

1 tbsp of salted butter ( I took Amul)

1 tsp vanilla extract  (original)

½ tsp ( any other extract flavour) : OPTIONAL if u like, but please test in a small portion and see if you like the overall taste. C@Rg

1.5 cups broken nuts and raisins: I used hazelnuts and black raisins/bluberries

STEPS:

Melt the chocolate in a Microwave or  oven or over a double boiler. This is the only step that takes a little while. Meanwhile keep your greased trays ready and all other ingredients.C@Rg

When 90-95% melted, take it out and give it a good whisk with a wooden spatula, so as to melt the small pieces remaining. Add butter and the extracts at this stage and give another mix. Finally add the nuts. I love love nuts and raisins hence used this much quantity, its your personal choice., You could reduce the quantity of nuts if desired.

Pour the melted chocolate on your greased trays. Try to keep the bars thin, as they taste really good.. and then set in the fridge for 15-25 minutes. C@Rg

While semi set,  try making indentations in shapes of your choice and then pop back in the fridge.

I garnished with white chocolate for the extra oopmh. If its too much effort you can keep the chocolates plain.
