KARMA, Never loses an address

CHAPTER: 4

We live in the age of distractions, decoherence and disintegration. Yet one of life’s profound paradox is that your brightest future hinges on your ability to pay attention to the Present.

Generally people are wary of Spirituality as there has been a false notion that not only is it a heavy subject that is difficult to comprehend and its either for the old or for those who have renounced the world. 

But what exactly is Spirituality ? 

Its the knowledge of Spirit /Aatma / Soul. In simple words its Knowledge of self.And when one learns of Aatma and the powers within , then one can understand the connection between Aatma & Parmatma ( Soul & Supreme Soul ). When one understands oneself better, one is better equipped to evolve sooner as a better human being.

We have often used these or heard others say these idioms–‘ jo boya wahi paya’ , ‘Jaisi karni vaisi bharni’, ‘What you sow shall you reap’ ,’What goes around comes around’ , ‘Pichlay janam may moti daan kiye hongay jo eis janam may raja baney’, ‘Jo doosray kay liye khadda khodta hai voh apnay liye khai khodta hai’ etc . Somewhere knowledge of all the past lives is imprinted on the subconscious mind of each one of us and this is why we repeat these idioms as reminders to ourselves, (In this Kalyug,each ones energy /Aatm Shakti /Soul Power has depleted completely hence the conscious mind in present has no clarity as to what really these lines mean and they have lost their essence hence we need to understand in depth the law of karm.

What is KARM

The Energy of each Thought, Word and Action, all three , are one’s karm. All are getting recorded permanently on Aatma/Soul, whether good or bad. Karm of all past lives as well as of this life too, are all recorded and carried forward in this life and all future lives. Energy of thoughts ,words and actions that I send out will certainly come back in this life or future lives as my destiny. Karm never loses an address.C@Rg

Its written in our Sacred Bhagwad Geeta that ”what happened was best”.”What is happening now is best” . ”What will happen will be best too” Never according to what one desires . ‘Best’ here means ‘absolutely accurate and completely fair according to one’s karmic Account’.

The Past and the Present are completely accurate and fair,it was meant to happen only this way according to law of karm, this is why we refer to it as PREDESTINED. However this can’t be farther from the truth. The truth is I have the power to change my FUTURE, by changing how I think, speak and act now in the present. To be extremely attentive of my present karm so as not to hurt anyone via my thoughts ,words or actions.

If I am Content and at Peace, If I ACCEPT the present happily as my creation then I am already an evolved and a blessed person.This contentment added to the knowledge of law of karm will empower me further to set new goals for my destiny being created every moment by my karm [ like till now I was setting goals on the outside – my qualifications /career etc.] C@Rg

One’s Karm of all past lives is carried forward to this janam/ life as well as to all future janams/ lives too. Proof lies in – Kundali of a new born is made on the basis of day,date,time and planetary positions but what good or not so good will happen in the new born’s life is known from the new born’s recorded karmic account of all past lives.

We all believed till now that pain and sufferings are natural/normal as most people are suffering from one thing or another but we have now, just realized that this is neither natural nor normal as Soul’s innate quality is to be in bliss always hence we consciously need to choose to change our thoughts,words and actions, to be in bliss again.

HOW TO CHANGE ?

ITS A PARADIGM SHIFT , for you and I to change ourselves , we first need to comprehend something, only then do we accept it. We are empowered , thus prepared for the change. Like we have knowledge of ‘law of gravity’ which is – when one jumps will land back on earth and not fly up. We have accepted it. Similarly if we have clarity and knowledge on ‘LAW OF KARM’,it will become easier for us to change.

LAW OF KARM -Energy travels two ways . Energy going out from me is my karm, energy of thoughts, words and actions. Energy that is coming back to me is a return of my energy as my destiny (consequences of the energy that I sent out)

KARM is from inside to outside. (As already mentioned in my earlier chapter 3-”your thoughts create your destiny” ) Information, past experiences and beliefs CREATE THOUGHTS INTERNALLY -thoughts create FEELINGS INSIDE – which come into Words and Actions outside as behaviour.

WHO CREATES MY DESTINY

By now you all may have guessed that ”I CREATE MY DESTINY”, which means I am responsible for everything that is happening or will happen in future in my life, whether good or bad will be in accordance of my karm. I have to Accept that its, solely I who is responsible , so it’s I who has to change.

Until now what was happening was that ,whenever good would happen, I would be happy but whenever I was faced with a crisis , I conveniently blamed all others for my sufferings , sometimes even GOD – saying ”why me” ‘ I don’t know what God has written in my destiny’.. When I blame others it means they are wrong so it is they who need to change. This thinking is wrong, as others are not responsible for my sufferings neither is GOD responsible for my sufferings. Reality is- No one can make or mar your life, One is completely responsible for making ones life as one chooses to. C@Rg

When I blame others or GOD, again I am doing a WRONG karm, unknowingly.

Since ages , we have been hearing two beliefs.-1st belief- PARMATMA/GOD writes each one’s destiny(Gods Control) 2nd belief- Each one writes his own destiny according to his karm ,means- ”jaisa main karm karunga vaisa hee mujhay phal milayga”[as i sow,shall i reap] means my control. How can both beliefs be valid as both are contradictory ? The truth is Only one of them is right . If Parmatma/GOD writes everyone’s destiny ,then each ones destiny would be perfect and identical like, eg.- if a parent was asked to write the destiny of his say 4 children then he would write an identical blissful destiny for all his 4 kids, so if Parmaatma /God writes the destiny of each Aatma’s /Soul’s destiny then it would be identical blissful . Beliefs are very powerful, if I choose the 1st belief then when a problem arises , I’ll do nothing about it, blame God and wait for God to find a solution and GOD will make it right again.This belief ran parallel maybe because it was convenient and also because we all are completely depleted energies hence have lost the power to differentiate between the wrong and the right one.

Now that I have clarity, and believe the second belief to be correct- ”I create my destiny” so now I am in complete control thus I am the master not a victim anymore. Now onwards I will be very attentive of what I think, what I speak and what I do.

Another wrong belief since ages is that, this is a competitive world and each one is in competition with everyone. This again is not right- proof lies in- eg. Twins born at the same time ,same planetary positions to same parents, same education, same values, ethics, everything almost same to begin with, everything equal and favourable yet quantum of success will differ as both have a completely different and unknown karmic account of past lives and both are going to live a completely different life in this birth, doing their own karm. As each person’s finger prints are different so is the destiny different of each person. Now that we have this clarity, as there can never be any competition with anyone, so what is the point of jealousy, lies, anger, hatred, cheat,revenge etc.,all these highest negative acquired sanskars have to be submerged , and to remember always that these negative sanskars/qualities first makes one uncomfortable , has a negative affect on the mind and body both, then come back as destiny, so as a choice we want to stop using all of these negative sanskars for our own good. Instead of creating jealousy ,now CHANGE and create another thought that -this Soul has many good karm’s to be so successful and i too am blessed to have come in contact with such a pure Soul C@Rg.

It is each one’s journey alone, one alone has to decide for oneself as one alone will face the consequences of the choices that one makes now. Your conscious alone will guide you to make the right choice. (take advise but do not allow others to decide for you ) Remember you are Aatma/Soul child of Parmaatma/Supreme Soul/God thus endowed with all HIS seven divy /divine qualities.

BALANCE SHEET OF KARM & KARMIC ACCOUNT WITH OTHERS

Thoughts are internal karm, more powerful than outer karm of words and actions. It becomes imperative for you and me to understand how important it is to stop negative thoughts. How many times have we wondered to ourselves that neither have we spoken ill nor done any wrong to anyone then how come something wrong happens to us – because even though in action and words we control (external karm) , but our Internal Karm –Our’thoughts’ have not stopped, people use a Converter-that is they are thinking the worst about someone yet speak the nicest of words. Now the moment one creates a wrong thought , its a DEBIT ON ONES KARM’S BALANCE SHEET. Remember Aatma to Aatma’s most powerful connection is Via Mind-that is via Thoughts-telepathy . Many a times we all have experienced extreme situations with complete strangers without exchange of a single word that is either we feel uncomfortable because of negative thoughts vibrations radiated by them or we are instantly connected because of positive thoughts vibrations radiated by them.Vibrations that are negative are pained, critical,heavy , low lying and distant, thus they create distance between people . Whereas vibrations that are positive are pure,happy ,well wishing are lighter ,more together and higher hence they connect people. Each thought is being vibrated into the universe and comes back as one’s destiny.C@Rg

KARMIC ACCOUNT with another Aatma/Soul – When I send a negative wrong thought,word or action to someone its a DEBIT in my karmic account, whereas when I send a positive and pure thought, word or action to someone its a CREDIT in my karmic account.eg. its like a bank account the minute I deposit a rupee in a bank, my account opens with that specific bank as a savings account. When I withdraw money its a debit and when I deposit money its a credit. Similar is the Karmic account with another Aatma/Soul.

So when I am still blaming others for my sufferings as someone is rude ,misbehaves, or maligns or even cheats me. I have forgotten that it is in reality my own karmic account that gives me pain, then again I send back more pain and again the pain comes back manifolds more to me.This karmic account cycle has been running in debit- anti clock wise for many lives , so first i have to stop this cycle, then to start it in credit – clockwise again.

How to stop this cycle – first is to accept that good or bad whatever is happening in my life, is my doing. When I am content with my present and accept this happily as my doing then automatically blaming others for my sufferings stops and negative thoughts for them stop too, So it will be less debit on the karmic balance sheet. After more restraint when I do not create a single negative thought about anyone, there will be no debit on my karmic balance sheet then the cycle is stopped. Once this is done next step will be- How to start it clockwise which means- only credit on the karmic balance sheet needs to be accumulated, and that will be when I only create positive and pure thoughts , words and action for everyone alike. The highest karm will be to bless everyone.C@Rg

Karmic account opens with another Soul, the minute I create a thought about another one, it has spun the wheel of karmic account in motion between the two of us. This is why the need to refrain from creating , judging, evaluating, any negative thoughts for a stranger is important.A ‘Thought’ good or bad, once created will definitely reach the other person as it dose’nt have a ‘delete for all’ option like an sms. So it’s a big challenge for me to swim against the tide, but I consciously choose to change my habits because when I change then my destiny changes.

From now on you and I will monitor our karmic accounts minutely and attentively for the karmic account to be only in credit and the rest will automatically also be in credit .

To remember what happened in ones past life/birth is a futile effort & trying to remember as what has been done so that we can Undo it, thats not possible. We need not be harsh on ourselves as -its like when a person looses memory , he forgets his name ,address ,parents name etc,,similarly this is Spiritual Amnesia. Not to feel Guilty about it as guilt is again a negative emotion that depletes energy further and is wasting the present moment.

However in this birth now I do have the understanding that every moment I can choose to write my destiny as I wish to, good or bad will depend on the choices that I make now. In this present moment I have the power to change – change the way I think, speak ,act and react ,which empowers me to be wise so as to not to hurt anyone by my thoughts ,words and actions . I am responsible hence I will try to keep settling my past karmic accounts by internally seeking forgiveness [soul to soul connection is via thoughts ] each day like a prayer, from all those people for all the wrongs I have done intentionally or unintentionally in this life and all the past lives, nonetheless I still will have to face the consequences of the wrongs that I have done in the past but now I am empowered by the knowledge and equipped to face the consequences so when something unpleasant or negative will come ,it will not have the impact and affect that it had previously on me for now they will seem so small because I will not create hurt, I will not blame them . however difficult it may be, I will not react in a similar manner instead I will respond to remain calm, Smile and not say a single word thus closing the past negative accounts one by one.C@Rg

Now that I have learnt my lesson- I’ll say Thank you to people and situations that are unpleasant for they have reminded me of my previous wrong karm and given me a chance to close a wrong account by not reacting to them and also for they act as reminders to me, not to entangle in their negativity.

It’s difficult, but I am attentive now, so earlier if it were 50 wrong thoughts in a day , now it’s only 5 in a day, so less debit in my account, this is my protection for future. Gradually I will not create a single wrong thought therefore graduating to create only good thoughts about everyone which will be credited to my karmic account.

Now that I have decided to change, its time for introspection. Do I approve of my behaviour ? Do I approve of my reactions? Do I accept myself ? eg. He screams, abuses and maligns me and I react in a similar,identical way because a reaction is always instant without a thought,exact negative and similar. If their act was wrong then is my similar angry negative reaction not wrong ? Unknowingly i have recorded a wrong karm by giving a negative reaction thus recorded DEBIT on my karmic balance sheet.C@Rg

Since ages it has been wrongly interpreted that ‘every action has a reaction’ . Correction & Clarity now -that one’s action does not demand a similar reaction by another. It means- ones actions/karm will certainly come back to him as a reaction/ destiny .

Not ever again will I react, rather I choose to respond.

What others think, say and how they behave with me is none of my concern as they are showcasing their thoughts and personality to the world. Their life ,their choice , their karm ,they will certainly have to deal with it. Their behaviour has nothing to do with me and I will withdraw and walk away on my journey for I have chosen to change so they will not be able to provoke a similar reaction from me. The other day this happened- some one came shouting ,abusing me, and misbehaved but I did not react, for now I choose to respond- which is well thought, factual, polite and positive with a calm mind and a smile on my face. Calm mind means I am not ruffled at all, smile shows I am positive towards him as well as compassionate cause they have not received ‘knowledge’ as yet , not saying anything at all inspite of being provoked means I am so powerful, so as to remain silent as I do not wish to collide with him in the negativity and I walk away smiling as i heard his words only on the conscious level [surface] but did not allow his words to penetrate to the subconscious hence i did not create hurt thus ignored and moved on . Feeling so light,so in control and so powerful that my divyta /divinity ONCE EMERGED will make it much easier the second time for me ,then the third and so on ,for every time it empowers me more till I will not have to make an effort at all . It will become a new sanskar/habit . It will be my original, innate sanskar that is being divine all the time.C@Rg

This time I have not been hurt because this time I have not recorded that he has insulted me rather I have chosen to record that he was compelled by his acquired wrong sanskars , he was helpless without ”gyan”,thus I instantly felt compassion for him. I am not hurt , dua /blessings process has begun.

Do not be fooled that –The one who remains silent is usually mocked at ,referred to as weak. Whereas the one who shouts, abuses, maligns, cheats is the one who alone feels himself to be powerful but remember only temporarily and only on the surface as according to the law of karm, his wrong karm will certainly come back to him manifolds more in this life or future lives.C@Rg

Anger is neither power nor strength ,its rather a weakness as one first looses control over his mind then words then it may come into action too depending on how weak one is, infact anger is temporary insanity . Whereas powerful is one who is in complete control of his mind and all senses . Powerful is one who remains silent .You and I choose to be powerful and in control of mind and destiny.

Let us take an example of a morning scenario in an office. The boss is yelling at the staff -there are about 20 people under him and each one reacts differently to it, one says ‘oh I don’t even know why I’m stuck here in this job’ ,some others say early morning ‘he ruins the day’ ,vsome are thinking of quitting at the first given opportunity, whereas two others smile and say ‘this is his novel way of saying good morning’, some say ‘this is more a reaffirmation to himself that he is the boss’, another two just walk away smiling to themselves. A ‘yelling boss Situation’ is one and same for all , so if people and situations are responsible for our sufferings then each one’s reactions should be exact similar but on the contrary each one reacts differently to it why? As each one reacts according to his mind’s stability, emotional strength, present and past sanskars . Those who are weak inside created turbulence inside so as to make the situation outside all powerful to dominate upon them ,created pain for themselves and negative thoughts for the boss thus unknowingly doing a wrong karm which will again come back as destiny ,their happiness being dependent on people and situations. Yet those who are calm and in control of their mind without creating a single negative thought walk away as victorious making trivia of the situation. No thoughts,no hurt and no karm recorded .

Let me talk of another powerful example here.We all have memories of participating in school drama wherein each one plays a different characters -old parent ,a neighbour, the main lead another a servant another the bad guy . Each one spoke his lines according to the character one portrayed. Every actor focused only on his character, his own lines,wanting his performance to stand out as the best. Such was the need to outperform everyone that invariably the focus and the concentration is only on self and he is completely oblivious of what others are saying and how they are performing their roles . Never being influenced by another character. The actors and the audience ,everyone was completely conscious that each one was playing his respective part hence respect for each character was intact and same. Similarly I have to ACCEPT this is life drama and each soul is different playing his different part. Let me be so attentive,so in concentration of my journey ,my lines,my behaviour ,so as to be my best each moment .

There are two ways to look at Karm – Eenergy that I had sent earlier is coming back to me as my destiny. Or someones‘ NEW energy/ his NEW KARM sent by him thats coming to me . I NEED NOT WASTE MY PRESENT IN TRYING TO DECIPHER whether its a return or a new one. I have the power to choose and decide now, I will not send back any/NO energy to him thus my account closed with him .(This is critical else energy will keep going and coming like ping pong, thus starting the anti clock cycle explained above.)C@Rg

So to let others be as they choose to be ,as to what they think is right for them , but any one who picks at me, pokes me constantly to test my patience,calm,strength and goodness ,trying to break me wanting me to react and collide with their negativity, one such wrong connection will deplete my Aatm Shakti / Soul Power further , affecting first my health and then my all other positive connections too. I choose to withdraw from such people thus closing my account with them.I’ll not give them the power to destroy my karm, which so carefully and after years of understanding I am trying to practice mindfully.

To close a karmic account with another soul I have to stop creating not even a single thought about that person so when there is NO ENERGY EXCHANGE , the ACCOUNT CLOSES automatically.

When the other person is thinking and saying wrongs to me, in return when I can create only good thoughts for him that is to bless him , which is challenging as well as very difficult,this is my Shresht/Highest karm. I have received knowledge , thus this understanding that by blessing him its actually I am doing myself good .

WHY to change, HOW to change- I have the knowledge now. Most crucial is- WANT to change , for only then will one change.C@Rg

The wrongs that one does ,resonates for all future lives and so does the good ones.

Since several previous births we have been on a quest to acquire name ,fame & riches , of the physical world for the comfort of this physical body. But what about the soul power/ Aatm Shakti that has been starving, getting depleted almost completely , flickering to a point of being discharged . Its sustained for so many past births due to good karm’s that were accumulated before that . Now is the time to charge the Aatma by nourishing it attentively to do only shresht karm that is to help anyone and everyone.Remember you and I will not be doing others a favour , but to ourselves.

You and I have made our choice- to change the way I think , speak and act, however difficult it may seem to be initially . To Change from the negative acquired sanskars to our original divy sanskars/ divine qualities. Change is not magical that can be done in a few weeks or months. Patience and perseverance is the key to change.C@Rg

From our sacred Shri Bhagwat Geeta -You and I have the power together to create our Satyug again by establishing Dharm again . Dharm does not mean religion here ,it means RIGHTEOUSNESS , when each one of us will again be morally right ,that will come by living with our innate seven divy/ divine sanskars. Lets us begin our journey of mindful karma.

Life is in this present moment, meant to be lived attuned to the highest frequency of love ,peace ,joy and Gratitude.
